Irish alt-pop voice April has shared her new single 'Piece Of Me'.
Since sharing those first SoundCloud uploads in 2019 the County Kildare riser has never looked back, with each statement seeming to go viral.
Freshly signed to Atlantic Records, the songwriter – who hails from a tiny rural town – is set to make serious waves in the next 12 months.

ndie pop in its most straight-forward sense, the dappled electronics have a ravey appeal, while her bubbling vocal is shot through with effervescence.
In a note, April says…
“‘Piece Of Me’ is about that feeling when someone else is a part of you – that no matter what, they will always be like a time capsule of a different time when you were a different person. It’s about loving someone. Aside from the lyrics of the song being about heartbreak, the song feels warm, uplifting and nostalgic.”
