Canadian artist Anna Sofia has shared her new single 'Eat It All Up'.

The songwriter grew up in a small town just outside Toronto, at first putting on childhood performances to entertain her family.

Writing her own material, the teen-pop talent scored a huge win last year, when her song 'Self Aware Bitch' was picked for the soundtrack of high profile Netflix show Ginny & Georgia.

New single 'Eat It All Up' is the work of a talent emboldened, with Anna Sofia ready to speak her truth.

'Eat It All Up' is a funny look at the demise of a relationship, and attempting to escape those lingering feelings.

The video encapsulates this in a funny way – Anna Sofia is depicted turning her ex into freshly baked cinnamon buns…

She comments…

“‘Eat It All Up’ is about the trust issues that develop when you leave a relationship and bring all the baggage with you to the next, but I wanted to portray that turmoil and heartbreak in an empowered, funny way, because ultimately we just have to fix ourselves first. I loved using Cinnamon buns as a metaphor for trust. The synopsis of the music video is me baking my ex boyfriend into cinnamon buns and inviting my new boyfriend over to eat them with me, but he doesn’t know they’re made out of my ex. I wanted to make the video as bubbly and cute as the song sounds but add a little hint of “wtf is she doing!”
