Anderson .Paak has hit out at GoldLink following his comments on the late Mac Miller.
GoldLink posted a statement on Instagram yesterday - November 26th - detailing his sometimes tense relationship with the rapper.
He commented: "At your peak, you were the archetypal rapper all of us wanted to be; which was independent. But also just a kid with really bright eyes about life."
GoldLink also mentioned Anderson .Paak, prompting the LA musician to drag him in the comments section, calling his words a "disrespectful, narcissistic, jealous grossly unnecessary post..."
Continuing, he said: "You are the first to disrespect my friend who is no longer here for absolutely no reason and I can't stand for that".
Claiming to have phoned and DM'd GoldLink in an attempt to defuse the situation, Anderson .Paak wrote: "What's the point in bringing this up after his passing and disrespecting his name? You really woke up feeling like that was the move?"
