All We Are’s Acoustic Take On ‘Down’ Is Really Intriguing

It's taken from the re-worked version of 'Sunny Hills'...

Liverpool group All We Are are continually re-inventing themselves.

Alt-pop physicians, the band's cerebral, highly intelligent approach resulted last year's intriguing, addictive 'Sunny Hills' full length.

Completing a run of nationwide shows, All We Are wrapped up for the year – but they're not quite finished yet.

On March 2nd the group will release an alternate version of 'Sunny Hills', re-cast in an acoustic style.

Don't go expecting some 'Unplugged' style rendering, though, with the band utilising their art-pop leanings in a fresh way.

We're able to premiere the video for an alternative version of 'Down', and it's both subtle and highly intriguing.

All We Are tell Clash…

The video for this alternative version of 'Down' explores the inner self, the struggles that may be going on inside while you often feel forced to show strength and confidence on the outside. It also contrasts the two worlds of All We Are – the electric high-energy live performance against the more introspective, melodic and sensitive side.

Tune in now.
