Alice Glass has shared the lo-fi video for her song 'Forgiveness'.
It's been a turbulent year for the Canadian artist, who released a statement in 2017 detailing years of physical, mental, and sexual abuse at the hands of Crystal Castles bandmate Ethan Kaths.
Kaths responded by sending a 'fan' to one of Alice Glass' shows, handing her a legal writ mid-performance. Toronto Police Department didn't seem to see the funny side, with a full investigation into claims against Ethan Kaths beginning just before Christmas.
Alice Glass released her self-titled solo EP last year, and has now shared the video for standout track 'Forgiveness'.
All damaged synths and warped vocal melodies, the Lindsey Mann-directed clip translates this aesthetic into damaged, lo-fi visuals.
In the clip Alice Glass can be seen writing the lyrics on a mirror, before smudging them all at the song's climax.
