Alice Cooper Returns

25th Album Due From Rock Legend

Alice Cooper is releasing a new album, his 25th, on July 28.

The concept album, ‘Along Came A Spider’, sees Cooper telling the story of a cold-blooded serial killer whose name is Spider.

Cooper becomes the killer on the album and describes the character of Spider as “an arachnophobic psychopath”.

Rockstar chums lend a helping hand with Ozzy Osbourne playing harmonica on a track he co-wrote with Cooper, and Slash plays guitar on the record as well.

The CD was co-produced by Greg Hampton and Danny Saber in Los Angeles. Alice recently told Billboard.biz that his forthcoming LP is “a real ‘Alice’ album.

Alice Cooper is also playing the following live dates next month:

London O2 Arena (July 24)
Southampton Guildhall (July 25)
