Alexis Taylor has surprised fans by releasing his new EP 'Nayim From The Halfway Line'.
It's one of the most iconic footballing moments of the 90s. Deep into extra time, Arsenal were battling against Real Zaragoza for the European Cup Winners Cup. Suddenly, Spanish forward Nayim crashed a long range shot over the Gunners defence, over the head of David Seaman and into the goal.
Now that moment has spawned a new EP. Alexis Taylor surprise released 'Nayim From The Halfway Line' earlier today, naming the four track EP in honour of the famous chant used by Tottenham Hotspur fans to taunt their London rivals.
The EP is available now on 12” heavyweight vinyl (RUG504T) with the digital release set to follow on December 17th.
