Alcopop! Records are never ones to miss an opportunity.
So when UKIP’s official website briefly went down earlier today (January 6th) the label seized their opportunity.
Spotted that the domain name registration had lapsed, the imprint simply purchased ukip.org and made it their own. Nicely done!
Sadly, domain registrar Go Daddy intervened. Pointing out that the name was previously registered to UKIP’s chairman, ukip.org was (sadly) handed back to its rightful owners.
For a minute there, though, it was all breathtakingly exciting…

If they can't be trusted to run a website, i fear a country may be too much for them…. Don't see the Alcopop! site down!
