Adele's '25' has been named the biggest selling album of 2015 in the UK.
The record was released in mid-November (Clash review HERE), meaning that the Tottenham singer only had six weeks to overtake her rivals.
Adele needn't have worried, though – '25' sold 2.496 million copies to blaze to the top of the year-long charts.
Curiously, Ed Sheeran sits in second place with 'X'. Released in 2014, the record was given a new lease of life by those epic Wembley shows with 'X' selling over 900,000 copies.
