Adam Lambert Launches Covers Record ‘High Drama’

It's out next year...

Adam Lambert will release new covers record ‘High Drama’ on February 24th.

The singer previewed the record earlier today, the first through his new deal with Warner Music. In another first, Adam Lambert has pieced together a covers record, featuring material from key artists in his musical development.

Out on February 24th, the album features a fresh take on Ann Peebles’ Southern soul classic ‘I Can’t Stand The Rain’, as well as Bonnie Tyler’s iconic power ballad ‘Holding Out For A Hero’.

It’s not just classics, though – Adam will also cover Billie Eilish’ inimitable ‘Getting Older’, alongside a rock take on Lana Del Rey’s ‘West Coast’.

Ahead of all this, Adam Lambert has shared his version of ‘Ordinary World’ by Duran Duran, skewing it in an emotion-drenched ballad direction.

Tune in now.
