Aussie hard rock legends AC/DC are set to become the first band to be immortalized in a new version of the video game Rock Band.
‘AC/DC Live: Rock Band Track Pack’ is released in November and contains 18 songs from the band’s legendary performance at Donington in 1991. That show was captured on video, and became an essential item for fans eager to recreate that distinctive AC/DC live experience.
The new game will be sold exclusively through Wal-Mart in the US – the same chain that have gained exclusive rights on the new AC/DC album ‘Black Ice’.
It is not known whether the game will come with a pair of Angus Young style school-shorts, to fully recreate the AC/DC experience.
