Sad news for AC/DC fans this morning, with drummer Phil Rudd making a court appearance in New Zealand.
As the BBC reports, the musician has been charged with two counts of attempting to arrange a murder, alongside possession of methamphetamine and cannabis.
Making an appearance at Tauranga district court, police were alerted to the charges following a tip off from a member of the public.
AC/DC have completed work on their new album, with 'Rock Or Bust' – their first without founding guitarist Malcolm Young – due to arrive on December 1st.
The band have yet to comment on these charges.
More on this as it happens.
