A$AP Rocky has been charged with assault following an altercation with a fan.
A$AP Rocky has always been a loose cannon. The rapper's shows have a rare energy, which – sadly – can sometimes boil over.
Performing at Jay-Z's Made In America festival in Philadelphia on Saturday (August 31st) the MC waded into the crowd.
According to TMZ, A$AP Rocky then allegedly turned and slapped a fan in the face. (via Pitchfork) The incident apparently led to the fan suffering whiplash, and – as a result – she has decided to file a complaint against the rapper.
The D.A. reviewed the case and opted to press charges of misdemeanor simple assault against A$AP Rocky. The case will be heard later this year.
