2:54 have unveiled the video for new single ‘Sugar’ alongside a batch of tour dates.
It’s been a big year for 2:54. Hannah and Colette Thurlow released their debut album this summer, winning a host of admirers with the sweeping melodrama of their songwriting.
For their new single, though, 2:54 have chosen something quite direct. ‘Sugar’ is led by clipped, processed beats, and has a sense of physicality which wouldn’t be out of place on the dancefloor.
Out later this year, the single comes equipped with a new video. Shot by Georgia Hudson, you can watch the clip below.

Meanwhile, 2:54 have outlined plans for a lengthy European tour. Switching between headline shows and support slots, the band have agreed to team up with The xx for some very special UK dates.
