This year, the issue of gender diversity cropped up again and again during discussions. From festival line ups to safe spaces in clubs it seems that gender diversity is definitely being taken a little more seriously by those at the top.
Clash has obtained footage from a lengthy, illuminating panel discussion, billed as 'A Vote For Vertical Proliferation'. The panel includes contributions from B.Traits, Jackie Antas (Head of PR, Live Nation International), José Woldring (The Media Nanny), Lucy Blair (Director of Sales & International Marketing, The Orchard), Maria May (Senior Agent, CAA), and Nicole Moudaber.
