Unknown Mortal Orchestra have released their brilliant, hazy-yet -humorous new video for ‘So Good at Being in Trouble.’
The track is the second to be released off their new album ‘II’ which came out earlier this month. The video has been directed by Danny Perez (Animal Collective, Black Dice) and stars actor Chris ‘McLovin’ Mintz-Plasse with a brief cameo from Ruban Nielson himself.
The bohemian-infused clip sees Mintz-Plasse unsuccessfully attempting to save his girlfriend from the indoctrinating snares of a Charles Manson-esque, hippy-cult. The cloudy, California-hued visual captures the essence of the track brilliantly in all it psychedelic glory.
