The Weeknd and Drake have a close association, with the Canadian rapper adding some rhymes to the producer's 'Thursday' mixtape. In turn, Abel Tesfaye has added his dank, smoky production style to some Drake cuts, helping to push the hip hop icon in a new direction.
Gathering three mixtapes for a physical release, The Weeknd decided to release a video for stand out cut 'The Zone'. Drake makes a guest appearance, alongside a bunch of balloons and – in true hip hop style – some scantily clad ladies.
Complex reckon it was shot by Lamar Taylor, who previously worked with Drake on the visuals for 'Headlines' and 'The Motto'.
