A collective hailing from New York, the multi-limbed group aim to put some funky beats back into indie. The multi-limbed group released their debut album this year, a thrilling blend of psych-rock, Motown and much more besides.
With a host of guest stars drawn from the worlds of soul and rock The Phenomenal Handclap Band went a long way to justifying their rather egotistical moniker. New single ’15 To 20′ is a case in point – its liquid groove surrendering to the lightest of guitar assaults.
Due to be released on September 28th ClashMusic has managed to get a sneaky glimpse at the video to ’15 To 20′. Quirky and unique the video echoes the track itself with its disarming sense of humour and its blend of both old and new influences.
