The Chakras don’t really do shy and retiring indie hymn.
Instead they do broad, sweeping works which push their way up into the clouds. Reminiscent of early (The) Verve and the songcraft of Doves, the Irish band released their debut album ‘Build Me A Swan’ earlier this year.
Due to be given a standalone release, the title cut is a good place to get started. ‘Build Me A Swan’ is all widescreen production and lyrics that dare to be beautiful.
