The city centre is built on a grid system, allowing you to walk this-way-then-that, exploring its streets and lanes for hours at a time. It's a place which bustles with music, some of which struggles to be heard elsewhere.
Roddy Hart has proved his patience, spending years honing his craft, gradually building up a back catalogue of exquisite Americana with a neat Scottish touch.
Now working with the Lonesome Fire, the ensemble are set to release debut album 'Roddy Hart & The Lonesome Fire' on September 2nd.
Produced by Danton Supple and mastered by Pete Maher, the album will be preceded by new single 'Cold City Avalanche'. Out on August 26th, the video for the track is set in a Glasgow bar, whose peace and tranquility is shattered by a robbery attempt.
The locals risk everything to fight off the attacker, but there's a twist in the tail…
