Raven Shares Startling New Song ‘Banshee’

It's from his incoming EP 'Harp'...

Raven takes a hardware-centric approach to making electronic music.

Firmly plugged into the machine, he eschews the exactness of software-driven production in favour for something more organic, a conversation between analogue and digital.

Incoming EP 'Harp' collects some of his finest work, with PRAH Recordings helping to enable his introduction.

Recorded at the PRAH Foundation Studio using limited equipment and limited time, this method of creating seemed to inspire Raven to further heights.

New song 'Banshee' has a "light-hearted" feel, but the producer also adds subtle layers of darkness. He explains:

"'Banshee' was a fun track to make… Made it just after my mate lent me his Korg PolySix which is all over it. I wanted to make something a bit cheeky, light-hearted even, but with an underlying sinister tone."

The visuals have an equestrian theme, with the distorted colour dazzling and entrancing in equal measure. Tune in now.
