Odd topics for a Friday afternoon, yet something we all – at some time or another – face directly. Life is short, and it will pass you by.
Queens Of The Stone Age seem to realise this. The band's music is shot through with a passion, a vigour, an urge to live which is almost impossible to contain.
New album '…Like Clockwork' is a case in point. Dirty, deranged riffing augmented by some surprising guest stars, it features striking artwork courtesy of English designer Boneface.
The graphic artist has stepped in to oversee a series of animated clips to match the material on the album. 'If I Had A Tail' has just gone live, and features a car driver being pursued by the Grim Reaper.
