Puma Blue has shared the full visual for his song 'Moon Undah Water'.
The South London artist played the Clash stage at The Great Escape last month, a terrific performance that ranked as one of the very best we saw all weekend.
Looking ahead, Puma Blue has confirmed plans for a London headline date, as well as sharing a brand new video.
With its loping, subaqueous riff, slurred vocal, and jazz flourish 'Moon Undah Water' is one of Puma Blue's most imposing, precocious releases.
Netti Hurley directs the visuals – shot around London, they're both raw and a little disorienting, picking up on themes within the songwriter's work.
“Jacob’s music inspires a lot of feeling, in a kind of effortless way, so wanted the video to reflect this. Lo-fi relaxed candid and intimate. Submerged feelings and thoughts, dreamlike, poetic but very DIY,” explains Hurley. “Spontaneously shot, with no plan, just wandering across London with a camcorder.”
