With his taut voice and husky tone Kris Barras sounds for all the world like he once paid a midnight visit to the crossroads.
The truth, though, is rather more complex. Born in Devon and besotted with the blues, this one-time fan has used those references to build a unique world.
Working with the Kris Barras Band, his phenomenal live show is matched to crisp songwriting, pushing personal feeling into each and every song.
Announcing a summer long series of live shows, Kris has also decided to share whiskey-soaked new song 'Stitch Me Up'.
It's a fire and brimstone return, an electric piece of blues rock which comes equipped with visuals from his Divine and Dirty tour.
Kris explains: “this is a track that I love to play live and it was great to use footage from our ‘Divine and Dirty’ tour to make the video. Although it’s different when it comes to my music, I actually don’t take myself too seriously. There’s plenty of backstage moments captured in this vid where I’m pi**ing about! We had great fun on the tour and I think this video sums it up well.”
