French producer Jumo has a real sense of travel in his music – truly, he never sits still.
New EP 'Nomade' is a case in point. Out on May 20th via Nowadays Records (pre-order LINK), it's an astonishing broad work that encompasses numerous influences over its seven songs.
As the producer explains: "every song on the EP is about nomadism, emptiness and movement".
'Desert' is a wonderfully lush piece of electronics, almost uniquely descriptive in its cinematic use of sense and tone.
Respected visual artist Meskaprod has stepped in to oversee the accompanying video, and it's something quite striking indeed.
Shot using the Sony Alpha 7S Mark II camera, the video muses on themes of physicality and identity. Tune in below.
'Nomade' will be released on May 20th.
