Johnny Sands had a unique upbringing.
Born to a jazz musician and a revered psychologist, the songwriter eventually settled in Liverpool.
Ensconced in the city's music scene, the rising artist began collaborating with Swiss producer Dave Berger (Outfit).
Now operating as a solo artist, Johnny Sands will release debut single 'Arno Arno' on June 8th.
A poetic, inquisitive introduction, the oddball pop melodies are matched to a rich sense of lyricism.
