Premiere: Hannah Georgas – ‘Don’t Go’

From new album 'For Evelyn'...

Hannah Georgas is a Canadian artist with a riveting sense of self.

New album 'For Evelyn' was produced by Graham Walsh (Holy Fuck), and it's a blistering, highly original piece of work.

Out shortly, Clash is able to premiere new cut 'Don't Go'. Deeply moving, it's a subtle, poetic, lyrical new cut from a brave talent.

The video was shot by Sammy Rawal, and expands on the Canadian artist's aesthetic universe. Hannah comments: "I was a big fan of Sammy Rawal's work and was really honoured to get the opportunity to work with him. His vision felt really in line with the sentiment behind the song. We had a blast working together.”

Director Sammy Rawal adds: “We shot this pretty renegade style in an abandoned world war II POW internment camp…definitely not the most glamorous of places. Hannah was such a trooper though. If the first part of the shoot wasn’t rough enough (with having to crawl over rubble, navigate dark spooky hallways, and avoid Final Destination style boobie traps), I convinced her to stand under a cold shower and thrash around for 2.5 hours in her clothes for the second part of the shoot."
