Premiere: Findlay – ‘Junkfood’

A blast at the commercial food industry...

Findlay like to tell is like it is.

A Manchester-based songwriter, her music has an endearing pop side that is allied to a lyrical directness that can be quite bracing.

New cut 'Junkfood' is a case in point. Gently addictive, the track is actually a ferocious blast at the commercial food industry, and it's close partner the health and beauty industry.

Nat Findlay says: "The video is a satire of the food, diet and beauty industry, with the banned protein world advert being the main point of inspiration to mock the societal pressures we all face to look a certain way, consume a certain way and turn a blind eye the negative impacts our behaviour has on each other and the planet."
