Premiere: Fawn Spots – ‘New Sense’

Exhilirating clip from the York punks...

Time to blow those Monday morning cobwebs away…

Fawn Spots are a York based punk trio, adept at making the kind of noise which ripples through the likes of Husker Du, Refused or Fucked Up.

Indebted to the intensity of hardcore but largely lacking the scene’s velocity, the group’s sought after debut album ‘From Safer Place’ drops via Critical Heights later this month.

Ahead of this, Clash is able to introduce their latest video ‘New Sense’. All collapsing riffs, soaring vocals and corrosive percussion, it’s a neat distillation of Fawn Spots' anarchic energy.

The video itself is shot largely in black and white, taking the band down to the woods. Check it out now.
