Dirty White Fever are a new band, but contain some familiar faces.
A duo, the group's frontman was a garage rock warrior with 80s Matchbox B-Line Disaster and Bad For Lazarus.
Heading in another direction, Dirty White Fever retain these sordid, debauched rock tendencies but ally them to a hip hop sensibility.
Chopped up beats, scuzzed up riffs and torn up vocals, new single '7.83Hz' will be released on May 7th. The band state: “it’s about the immense possibilities and chaotic nature of our species, where the only truth you can know is that we will never fully understand our point of existence and should not worry our entire lives away in fear and dread of the unknown.”
Arriving with a unique cover of Mos Def's 'Hip Hop' on the flip, Clash is able to premiere the video for '7.83Hz'.
