Premiere: Beardyman – ‘One Album Per Hour’

Sensationally creative...

Beardyman is a quite sensationally creative performer.

At this year's Edinburgh Fringe the beat boxer unveiled his 'One Album Per Hour' show – where he used suggestions from the audience to build an album in just one hour.

A deceptively simple concept, the genre-crushing project utilises his custom built Beardytron_5000mkIV, a music production space-ship unveiled at TED global.

Set to take the show back out on the road, Beardyman has smuggled a live clip to the Clash office. It's an incredible feat of production – the performer starts with the idea of trip hop and just one lyric and uses this to construct an entire track.

Check it out now.
