These things take time.
When Mt. Wolf decided to kick off the process of shooting their new video, the London newcomers knew that they wanted something spectacular.
Working with Jean-Philippe Blunt and Thom Humpheys, that's exactly what they've managed to get. The film makers took inspiration from the work of by the work of Eadweard Muybridge and early motion photography, employing a technique used as 'stop and print'.
Put simply: there are no special effects in this video. Layering shot after shot, the intricate process allowed the directors to gain something which technology lacks. The opening shot alone took more than 1,498 shots – more than some feature length projects have.
