Taken from Ben Hudson’s second album, ‘Straight No Chaser’, produced by Kanye, it’s an unusual but very successful marriage of cultures, an English singer/songwriter and a hip hop superstar.
Meeting through mutual admiration, Hudson previously worked with Kanye on his ‘808s and Heartbreak’ album, appearing on ‘Paranoid’, ‘Say You Will’ and ‘Amazing’ and co-producing ‘Street Lights’. Now the word is out, others in the hip hop community are clambering to work with him. Topping even his work with Kanye, he is to be a featured guest on Jay Z’s forthcoming ‘Blueprint 3’ album.
‘Supernova’ is released on July 20th with the album, ‘Straight No Chaser’ following in October.
