Times are tough for Morrissey.
A series of ailments and disappointments have lowered his spirits, with the singer recently posting a despondent note to fans.
However the one time Smiths frontman is still managing to keep his head above water, and a forthcoming DVD features a highly unusual show recorded last year.
'Morrissey 25: Live From Hollywood High' was shot – as the title suggests – in Hollywood High School's auditorium, and features Morrissey on resplendent form. Appearing in front of a fevered crowd, a clip from the release arrived online earlier today.
Originally appearing on debut solo set 'Viva Hate', 'Everyday Is Like Sunday' remains a standout in the singer's set. Given a rapturous reception, you can watch the show below.
'Morrissey 25: Live From Hollywood High' will be released as an audio document on August 25th, with the full performance DVD arriving in October.
