‘Flash Delirium’ is a bewildering psych-rock onslaught, the missing link between Boys Noize and Black Sabbath. Speaking to Spinner earlier this year, the band even went so far as to claim the track was “a joke”.
“It’s not a single, but we thought it was a good way to entice people to listen to the whole record” explained Ben Goldwasser. “I’m sure there are plenty of people who think it’s completely weird and not what they were expecting. I’m sorry.”
Causing no small amount of head scratching among their fan base, MGMT have decided to unleash the bizarre new video for ‘Flash Delirium’.
