Hand made by the man himself, it took seven months hard work with help from friends photographer Dean Chalkley and Yemisi Brookes, Mayor revealing, “We spent a week-end (night and day) taking the photographs we needed to tell the story. Like all my projects so far there was no budget so people were doing it because they believed in the project and the song.”
With a colourful history behind him, he’s a cartoonist and once ran for Mayor of his hometown of Hamilton, Mayor McCA has been based in the UK of late performing with Magic Numbers, Noisettes and Feist.
