Lael Neale has shared the fun new video for ‘I’ll Be Your Stars’.
The song is out now, and was recorded during the productive studio sessions for her 2023 album ‘Star Eaters Delight’. Part of the broader creative energy running through her work this year, it melds together twinkling, almost neo-psych aspects with her astute melodic flair.
Penned by Lael Neale, it was produced and arranged alongside Guy Blakeslee. The single comes as Lael preps for a full UK headline tour, including a night at London’s Moth Club on September 13th.
The video for ‘I’ll Be Your Star’ is a unique full circle moment, presenting the songwriter as a frustrated school teacher – the cool thing being, it was shot at the elementary school she once studied in.
