There's an old saying that an artist gets their entire life to focus on their debut album.
But in Keisza's case, it's clear that a lifetime's worth of music is flowing through her debut LP 'Sound Of A Woman'.
Matching 90s club culture against present day production, there are nods to everything from UK garage to folk, breakbeat to grunge.
As the singer herself explains: "I think people will be surprised to hear some of the songs on this album. Because of the success of my first two singles, I’m seen perhaps as a House or Dance artist but I’ve been in to grunge, rock, folk groups in the past. All of those experiences and influences have led me to create this album."
New single 'No Enemiesz' drops on November 24th, and it's a vivid return. An impeccable pop arrangement builds to the killer pay off line: "If we could all fall in love together, then we’d have no enemies…"
Check it out now.
'Sound Of A Woman' will be released on December 1st.
