Held in Croatia, Outlook Festival is often regarded as one of Central Europe's foremost dance events.
Whilst this is undeniably true, it also obscures the full breadth of the event's sprawling line up. Ranging from cutting edge dance to rock music, avant garde electronics to hip hop Outlook can be relied upon to deliver the unexpected year on year.
In the lead up to last year's event Outlook invited a team of young film makers to head to the event, focussing on different aspects of the bill: Dub/Reggae, Hip-Hop, Drum and Bass, Future Beats and Dubstep.
The results have been gathered in a series of documentaries, which will hit the web this Spring. ClashMusic have been handed the clip which deals with hip hop – and to be honest, it's something pretty special.
Opening with a street dancer, it contains live footage and interviews with some genuine legends – step forward Souls Of Mischief – alongside a plethora of newcomers. Beautifully shot, it allows the natural ambience of Outlook and carefree attitude of the crowd to spill out onto the screen.
