One of the most outspoken bands of their generation, Asian Dub Foundation have peeled back their boundaries to let fans see them as never before.
Retreating to the studio to work on adventurous new material, the band invited cameras to join them. Part of the Cutty Sark Sessions, the project aims to de-mystify the studio process, and allow fans to watch the album take shape.
Asian Dub Foundation recently took a break from the studio, flying out to Italy to play an enormous open air show. Broadcast on national television, the band used that opportunity to protest at the government’s immigrant laws.
Jetting back to London, Asian Dub Foundation were driven by a sense of purpose. Returning to the studio, the band blasted out some new material and began honing their ideas for the new album.
