BLOODHYPE have their roots in East Berlin, in endless evening spent between friends, listening to music and planning their next move.
Initially a punk rock project, the band later broadened their scope, retaining the intensity but adding new sounds.
Underground heroes in their native city, BLOODHYPE recently went back into the studio, determined to move forward.
New single 'Romeos' is a terrific return, blessed with glacial electronics while exuding the urgency that made those early shows so vital.
A poignant, poised piece of songwriting, 'Romeos' comes equipped with a stellar video, echoing elements of early 90s cinema in the process.
Filmed in New Jersey by part of the Bloodhype collective, it's beautifully dark, emulating the bittersweet beauty of the track itself.
