If at first you don't succeed…
Arthur Beatrice first emerged in 2010, gaining press with their strident, imposing songwriting. However something wasn't quite right – whether it was the chemistry, the production or the influence they sought, the band weren't comfortable with the way things were progressing.
So they hid. Looking inward, Arthur Beatrice challenged themselves to do better, to move forward with a greater sense of momentum. It looks like they've achieved this.
Emerging from the studio blinking into the light of day, new track 'Carter' (Uncut) is a fantastic step forward, a showcase for the upcoming 'Carter' EP. Now a video for the track has emerged.
Shot in monochrome, it's a sensitive, seductive introduction to where Arthur Beatrice are heading.
Watch it now.
