London based indie imprint Young And Lost are set to host a 5th birthday party on October 9th.
Founded by two close friends, Young & Lost began life as a club night before transforming into a fanzine. Finding their favourite bands unable to get a deal, the idea to form their own label was born.
Five years later Young & Lost have a stunning record for discovering new talent. Noah & The Whale are long time members of their roster, releasing two successful albums through the imprint.
Joining the band on the label are the likes of Golden Silvers, Magic Wands and more. Continually on the look out for new talent, Young & Lost recently stopped to look back over the recent past.
Issuing a new compilation, the label have organised a special birthday party. Set to take place this Saturday (October 9th) the party will feature a number of exclusive live sets and guest DJ slots.
Noah & The Whale are set to headline, with other live appearances due from Ex Lovers, Planet Earth and Othello Woolf. The label will take control of the XOYO venue, with DJ sets from Egyptian Hip Hop, Pull Tiger Tail and more.
Expect plenty of surprises on the night, with all advance tickets long since sold out. Fans can grab tickets on the door, but only a limited amount will be put on sale.
