Wolf People have outlined plans for a short burst of British tour dates later this month.
Hailing from various parts of England, Wolf People have spent the best part of a decade tapping into the lost spirit of psychedelia. Recording a string of cuts and playing countless shows, the band have the same energy and appetite that intrudes upon the lives of all true believers.
Jagjaguwar are preparing to give previous compilation ‘Tidings’ a CD pressing on January 23rd. Containing numerous home recordings, field outings and demos the album exposes some of the band’s roots.
Due for release at the end of the month, Wolf People have decided to toast ‘Tidings’ with a full UK tour. Confirming four dates across the country, the band will take their regular DJ Rich Hero out on the road with them.
Preparing a playlist to accompany the shows, Rich Hero has dug through the crates to provide something special. Featuring long lost psych, early prog and even the odd dash of Acid Folk you can find the full playlist HERE.
