WHY? Breaks Hand

Tour still going ahead

WHY? rapper Yoni Wolf has broken his hand, but upcoming UK shows will still go ahead.

WHY? don’t tend to visit the UK very often. News that the indie hip hop outfit were set to return to British shores later this year was greeted rapturously by fans, with three headline dates confirmed.

Playing shows in Bristol, London and Brighton the rappers unveiled plans for an ‘acoustic piano tour’. A series of unplugged dates, WHY? will surround a piano to perform material from their as yet untitled fifth album.

However those plans were thrown into dis-array when Yoni Wolf managed to severely hurt his hand. Putting the upcoming shows into doubt, WHY? took medical advice before delivering the following message to fans.

The long and the short of it? WHY? are set to fulfil the upcoming British shows, although Yoni Wolf will be forced to wear a cast – so don’t go along expecting the rapper to throw himself around the stage…
