New-wave outfit White Rose Movement are set to return with new material and a U.K. tour, with Ulterior and Romance now also joining the bill for their run of live shows.
Launched into the musical consciousness alongside a string of Paul Epworth -produced post-punk acts such as The Rakes and Bloc Party, W.R.M’s debut ‘Kick’ was a heady mix of new romantic synths and spiky, angular assaults.
Having battled the loss of keyboardist Erika MacArthur last year, the band are reportedly working on the follow-up to ‘Kick’, with first single ‘S*A*T*W*R’ set for release in June, with other tracks ‘Cigarette Machine’ and the drone-laden ‘Candle Flame’ set for inclusion on their album.
London gloom-pop trio Romance will now also play on the tour, alongside electro punks Ulterior.
