One of the top outdoor events in the UK, Wakestock also has a reputation for providing great music and this year is no exception with Happy Mondays, Pendulum and more set to join the fun.
Wakestock is one of the main wake-boarding events in Europe, a new extreme sport that uses a small surf board tied to a speed boat – it’s more enjoyable than we make it sound! Featuring all day events on the sea and on the land, Wakestock is a fun, family-orientated festival.
This year’s event has just added Mancunian fun-merchants Happy Mondays, Australian drum ‘n’ bass team Pendulum as well as chill-out merchants Groove Armada. In addition to this, Brummie poet Mike Skinner will also be appearing alongside Notting Hill carnival legend Norman Jay.
