The Underage festival was one of the summer’s success stories, and its youthful energy has resulted in a new Christmas party scheduled for the Scala venue on December 20th.
Growing out of the regular London clubnights, the Underage project has been one of the more innovative series of events to hit the UK live scene. In essence – if you’re older than 18 then you ain’t getting in. It’s that simple.
The forthcoming Christmas bash looks to be one hell of a party, and is set to be headlined by electronic star Metronomy and Sunday Best’s utterly unique Dan Le Sac Vs Scroobius Pip. Also on the bill are the up and coming Golden Silvers, the heavily hyped White Lies and hardcore types Rolo Tomassi.
A massive indoor event, the Christmas party takes place over several stages. As ever with Underage events, doors open and close early with the ‘night’ running from 12 noon to 6.30pm. Then it’s off to bed with you scallywags!
