New York indie heroes TV On The Radio are mapping out their summer plans, and as well as stopping off at a number of UK festivals, are set to play a one-off London show at the Brixton Academy in July.
Having released their eclectic fourth offering ‘Dear Science’ last year – hailed as album of the year by almost every music periodical in the land (check out the Clash albums rundown of ’08 here) – TV On The Radio look set to have a celebratory run of live events throughout the summer.
In other TV news, band member and all-round super-producer David Sitek has also been busy producing the new album for fellow New York act Yeah Yeah Yeahs, the review for which can be read now here.
