Not for the first time Noel Gallagher sums it up neatly, "We are living in a world where guitar music has been marginalised so what This Feeling is doing at the moment is vital. This Feeling is the best club in the UK for future Rock and Roll stars. They believe in the power of guitars and when Rock and Roll makes it's glorious comeback you can bet your arse you heard it first at This Feeling."
Having rebuilt an underground scene over recent years with Clash covering numerous milestones and legendary moments within our annals it is heartwarming to see bands back out on road in a proper old school tour coming to cities near you in the coming weeks. Hitting the road for their biggest nationwide tour in their 10 year history of young axe slingers, The 'Alive' tour sees The Shimmer Band, Bang Bang Romeo and Blackwaters take to the motorways and country lanes of our fair isle for a run of twelve shows with the finest local support special guests for each date.
As a pre-cursor to the tour this Tuesday 26th at The Monarch, Camden Clash and Skiddle team up with This Feeling and Metropolis Music for a very special free event. Doors open from 8pm and you can grab one of 50 tickets for the London show here.
Clash will be hosting live galleries from the Alive tour and showcasing local talent at each of the 12 dates, providing a platform to new music nationwide. Keep your eyes peeled for the latest and greatest new bands rocking up on stage in front of our lens right here on these pages.
